Tomorrow will probably be my big day....i should be so happy...jumping for joy....don't get me wrong i am happy that i did it....but i see it is not enough...still look fat at 200lbs...i am one pound away from my goal of losing 20lbs by spring 20th...one month early....when i started this goal that was like reaching for the moon...not really believing it could happen...so many diets before and so much heart break of falling off and gaining it all back plus...had no idea what keto was but so many was losing weight on this diet style... i started to check it all out..not sure what clicked this time....was it my age ..or tired of being fat for so long....or bored with nothing else to do...or what? I know what happen to cause me to lose this weight.....I will tell you the switch that was turned on. That was the day that woke me up. yes i had issues with health and weight...i was watching my diet or i thought..i was riding a bicycle 1 to 2 hours every morning to lose weight....i had actually lost 18 lbs in 1 1/2 years riding. The switch that was thrown in my brain was this....I knew i was fat...220 lbs. after coming home from riding that day as i was coming into our house through the gate...i told our gardener that was cutting some flowers....i want to get skinny like him...i am on a diet....and exercising...Wow! you should have seen his eyes like i did that day....he look up at me with the biggest eyes and a grin on his face and told me i am skinny...except for my big belly. That shook me...i came into the house looked in the mirror and had to agree.....ran to the computer and googled how to lose belly fat....target belly fat.... to make a long story short lead me to this site FS. I am glad i followed his advice a H.S Drop out. So he knew and i didn't. you have to keep an open mind.

How AWESOME my friend!!! What an accomplishment!! So proud of you! Just remember we always see ourselves much more critically than others do! I for one think you're doing great! I have actually climbed on a scale today and am down almost 3 pounds! Super stoked and just have to KEEP IT UP!!! You my friend have inspired me! As well as another person I have met on here that is EXTREMELY EDUCATED in this area!
