I'VE BEEN EATING. I'VE BEEN GAINING WEIGHT! DIETING IS MAKING ME FAT, AND I'M IN A REALLY BAD MOOD. SORRY TO COMPLAIN. I HOPE YOU GUYS UNDERSTAND. :(

((((((hug)))))) time to figure out why what you're doing isn't working! You deserve success! We've all felt that way. Just keep fine tuning until you find what works. Are you getting some 'joyful movement' into the mix? Don't give up! We're here rooting for you!

reading a good book by Martha beck called the 4 day win, it's having me think about losing weight differently. It's not an easy read but it seems to be helping me think about my behavior....sorry you're having a tough time.

Thank you guys! I'm just feeling really sorry for myself, I know. And to top everything else off, it looks like I'll need some surgery on my teeth. I'm going to go to a specialist, but my dentist wants to remove a front tooth and put in a bridge. It makes me feel old!

I think you are finding out something that I did too. Diets made me fatter and fatter over time. Deprivation and all that. They never did work for me. I hope you find the plan that does work and wish you the greatest success on your journey to your best self.
