Im driving a desk :P Our Gm is away so I am holding down the fort. I am a sales manager and admin to the GM of a hotel. I dont have a uniform but its cold here so instead of wearing 5 layers under my coat, I bring my work shirt. I was focused on getting dogs in crates, kid and her school stuff in car lol, and not being late.. never gabbed my own stuff. Flaked out. lol

Fasting always helps me drop at least a half-pound, so make lemonade out of a lemon situation. Just don't pig out at dinner, and you can make it work for you.

It was good. Went 22.5hrs didn't want to eat too late and mess up my normal 16:8 lol Thank you for the well wishes :)
