Good day, all! I decided to weigh in on Mondays also so that I can see how much damage I did over the weekend, if any. I've been hitting the gym (Zumba & Power) pretty regularly. Last week, I logged 8 gym hours and ate well. I'm very proud of that! Here's to another great week! Let's keep encouraging each other! 💪💪💪
251.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 56.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
