well, have started this diet lark up again yesterday. Stangely i found inspiration on the 'net after reading a story about a guy who lost a lot of weight on a diet of mainly baked beans......
I am tweaking this to fit in with my daily routine, having 1 tin for breakfast (low salt version), 1 tin for lunch mixed with half a tin of chopped tomatoes so i can bring to work in a flask, then 2 tins maybe for lunch with 1 rasher of bacon or boiled potato and veg etc.
This will equate to about 1800 calories per day and i think is do-able for me, I realise this is not something I can do for ever, its to get me to a weight where I can excercise properly and maybe take advantage of my companies bike to work scheme etc.
I am certainly feeling full on this regime atm, only time will tell if I can keep it up, good luck all, Nikko
