I didn't thought that holidays would be that tough on me, I'm glad that this is finally over - even though I had great times with my family and ate a lot of delicious food that I usually don't while taking it easy, it's now time to get back on track ! ( Motivation please come back quick !! D: )

Merci pour le support ! En effet, pas longtemps après le dernier buffet des fêtes mon poids avait déjà redescendu un peu, pas autant que là où j'étais rendu mais assez pour retrouver ma motivation ! :)
