HUGE OMLET! I thought I'd finish half. Nope, I ate it all. eggs, cheese, pepperoni, onion, broccoli and hot sauce. I got to the gym again and got some sun. It always makes me feel good! Tomorrow. STEAK!

Stormgirl, last year i bought a small pool. I try to get on my floatie for 1/2 to an hour a day in the summer. It really is a game changer for me.

My kind of meal. Real food. Low fat diet not good. You need fat to process certain vitamins like D, K2 etc.
