today has not been great. still sticking with my no pop goal though. just dealing with some stuff at work with another co worker and it's super stressful. also slept in this morning and totally forgot my salad for lunch so I grabbed a "breakfast hash" from the cook at the store on the res where I work. I thought there would be egg and more veg in it but it was just potatoes and bacon and sausage with peppers...so...I'm disappointed. BUT. I'm trying not to let the co worker and lunch thing get me down. at least I have lunch already prepped for tomorrow now.

I was a classic Canadian Tim's double double drinker for most my life. I cut out the sugars years ago and it made a big difference. Do you drink diet soda? I know their is much debate about it, but if it's a treat from time to time, it might scratch that itch. Work drama is really hard, that's a tough one to advise on. What we carry with us from work (stress) has a major impact on us all. I hope you find a way to get through it positively.

One day won’t derail progress. These things happen. What matters is how we respond. Get back on plan when you get the opportunity, and forget that this day happened. Don’t try to “make up” for it. That generally doesn’t end well. Best of luck with your goals! 😎
