Question regarding net calories
Exercise calories are generally already factored into the calorie target. Consuming back exercise calories will generally slow progress if the goal is to get smaller/lose fat (Assuming you are meeting appropriate nutritional targets, of course) Smile

Exercise Cals vs what I actual Ate
If your RDI is set appropriately for your goals, then that is your target. You do not also consume estimated exercise calories. They are already factored into the equation. Hope that helps.
