today is my "fat day". it's usually a busy ass day working at the vet and then cleaning house and it's really just my write off day. I usually only eat 2 meals if I'm lucky, sometimes only one on Saturdays. I swear all day doing stuff and I don't usually get to sit until 8-9 pm. I know I can plan to bring healthy snacks and meals and such. I just haven't gotten that far yet. I will get there, but I won't beat myself up over it. I've also kept up with my goal of no pop.
