Doing a blood sugar experiment. I found out it’s normally so low! Testing the best foods for me. This has been a cool experiment. Rice tonight. Excited to see my numbers

2284 kcal Fat: 104.76g | Prot: 123.46g | Carb: 214.88g.   Breakfast: Cookie. Lunch: Frank's Red Hot Sauce, Celery , Chobani 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (8 oz), Kraft Finely Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, Tyson Foods Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Aldi Blue Cheese Crumbles. Dinner: White Rice, Birds Eye Steamfresh Broccoli Florets, Tyson Foods Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Culinary Tours Bang Bang Sauce. Snacks/Other: Deviled Egg, Bananas , Hillshire Farm Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Happy Farms Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices. more...

The left side is shredded chicken. I’m a big fan of protein. I think I need more carbs though. My blood sugar has only been out of the low range about 50% of the time😬 I’ve always focused on getting protein and keeping calories low. I think there’s something else to look at now.
