The new routine seems to be effective. When I arrive home, I have a small window to eat supper and then the 7 minute cleaning alarms go off. That’s the signal that I am done eating for the day. Still craving the pretzels! 🥨 Wonder if it has sugar in it. Got a huge bag of Easter candy today from my employer. Shoved it to the back of my desk. Tempting, but with the GERD eating plan, chocolate is a no. Don’t want to get started!
