The atkins diet and phentermine seem to be working really well. I am down 17 lbs so far and I go back to the Dr. to renew next week. I know once the Dr. takes me off the phentermine its going to be tough to stick to the diet however the phentermine is starting to lose its effectiveness so I don't think it will be that bad. I just hope I can stick with it and not go carb crazy once I am off.
