Up 11 more pounds this hurts my feelings but no need of feeling depressed now want to try harder for my health.
261.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 111.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Hi IrisGran, take one day at a time the weight will come off it is a long journey I know but it is well worth it at the end(smile).

When was the last time before today that you weighed in? Have you been active at all? I am just getting back into working out since my back surgery and it is hard to get motivated. Maybe we can motivate each other!

back in July i was stuck at a stand still and now I really need to get some of this weight off blood pressure been up a lot so I'm doing this for my health more than anything I have 4 children and a grandbaby that need me around

My goal this week is to be active (walk, elliptical, or bike) at least 30 minutes every day. I also need to do my PT 4 days a week. What is your goal for this week? And yes, your grand kids not need you to be around but to be able to run around with them! :)
