I just want to say hello to all my BUD'S out there and let you know I have been taking care of a sick uncle. He is not doing very well. He is 75 yrs young but health is failing at a fast rate. Just know I will be back as soon as I can. Keep ROCKING it BUDS !!!

172.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb. Still to go: 22.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 0.8 lb a week
