These last 5 pounds are killing me...it's YOYO up & down between 230 - 225...I'm exercising, watching the intake and yet we're getting nowhere...I've even adjusted my goal to be 5 pounds lower to maybe make the break through...CRAP!!!
228.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
