Much beer at the football game. I'm a tiny bit over on carbs today. 31 instead of 20. I'm not worried, I usually only drink at football games and we go to a grand total of 6 games per year. I did get the low carb beer for the tailgate and the beer that people bought for me today (2 of them) was also low carb. They like to see me drink more than I usually do, I get happy and giggly. Not my usual style.

i really like beer too!! and i agree with harley, the low carb stuff never seems to effect my loss when i have it..

Go BULLS! USF Bulls, we have had season tickets for years. Beer in, beer out. I did choose the low carb stuff which I do not like as much but will affect weight loss less. I prefer a dark lager. Mich Ultra and Miller lite are a little watery in comparison.
