Feeling good after a really hard workout at the gym.

Feeling even better about registering another 300g loss since Wednesday.

3.2kg is just on 7lbs, so that's half of the first stone I need to lose. Just need to stay focussed on lots of exercise and really tight calorie control.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
