Well, I am finally getting back into Atkins. Just after I started again in 2014, I found out I was pregnant. I do weigh less now than at the time, so I'm glad I lost the "baby weight," but now I need to lose the rest of the pre-baby weight.
I've done pretty well so far this week, so I hope to follow through this time.
