Well, I am finally getting back into Atkins. Just after I started again in 2014, I found out I was pregnant. I do weigh less now than at the time, so I'm glad I lost the "baby weight," but now I need to lose the rest of the pre-baby weight.

I've done pretty well so far this week, so I hope to follow through this time.

Diet Calendar Entry for 24 September 2015:
1265 kcal Fat: 64.43g | Prot: 140.82g | Carb: 30.39g.   Breakfast: Boiled Egg, Cooked Egg White. Lunch: Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Mushrooms, Hidden Valley Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, Publix Fancy Shredded Four Cheese Mexican Blend, Mixed Salad Greens, Hard-Boiled Egg, Hormel Real Bacon Bits 50% Less Fat, Green Olives, Cooked Egg White. Dinner: Green Olives, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Pepsi Diet Pepsi (Bottle), Atkins Meal Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Bar. more...
