What a crappy day...literally! Don't know when I have felt so bad. Sometimes the pain was so bad it reminded me of being in labor! I slept all day with interruptions of course. When I tried to get up and sit my stomach cramped even worse. Figure I slept about 18 hours today. Only took in about 300 calories, almond milk, and protein shake. Hopefully tomorrow is a better day.
