All machines at Anytime Fitness, walked 2.4 miles which included .33 miles in gym. Blood work for kidneys bad and Glucose up for the first time in my life. Making changes today.
at gym for 1 hour 18 minutes. 40 sit ups.
Plan ...lose a bunch of weight ..like 20 and exercise like I used to and hope for the best. Eliminate all oils, animal products, go low protein, stop salt and salt substitute.

Sucks about the lab results but it’s good that you have an attack plan to fix things. Is your posted weight correct though? Losing 20 pounds when you’re showing 119 today sounds a little extreme.💚
