Day 2. Baby steps ...
Successes so far - recorded my food for both days! This truly does help me. Walked 9653 steps so far today. Went to the movies AND didn't eat any popcorn! LOL. Biggie!
Start a challenge tomorrow ... Time to roll up the sleeves and do this!
Trying to figure out FS on my iPad. I may need to boot up the old laptop.
