It's not always pretty. Ground beef, pine nuts and blue cheese salad. I felt I needed some beef today. Its a beautiful fall day. Still going strong. Never give up!

Thanks Burnita, honestly it's tough every day. I think this is the hardest thing I've ever done but i can't give up.

Looks wonderful to me! I eat ground beef several times a week. I do beef, blue cheese crumbles, and wasabi almonds. Keeps me so satiated and tastes good!

I like your attitude! Read some of your posts and see your successes . Good results for doing what’s working for you. So much info on FS from a lot of people who have dropped and kept weight off! Nicely done, great results! Nope, not giving up, especially in wanting better health💛
