Woke at 214.4, down 2 from yesterday. New month and will attempt to go LCHF all month. Really difficult to squeeze out the carbs with some of my typical portable foods. Looks like protein bars are on the outs, even my beloved Quest bars. Have a few PureProtein bars to get rid of and will eat them and won't replace. Will continue to do nuts of course.
