Feeling fatigued today, not in a sense I am over doing it, but like I am coming down with a cold or flu - something. Going to rest and see how I fare tomorrow to work out. Most I'll do today is the usual taking care of my babies and chores. For the moment, going to relax and let Birdy calm my nerves. Hope everyone is having a great Monday. :)

It sounds like you could use a down day. It's no fun being sick. Hanging out with little people is always great therapy. I hung out with my 14 month granddaughter yesterday. Because of the heat ..... we spent the afternoon in the indoor mall. I pushed her in her pink car while stopping at the play area and the food court for ice cream. She is hoot eating ice cream. My granddaughter is wonderful medicine for my soul.

Relax and take care of yourself. Hopefully you are not getting sick. Sometimes your body just needs to rest.
