Yeah, I haven't bothered keeping track of the food. Its just bad. The majority bad. I think a lot of it, due to stress. I have to have three extractions tomorrow, and then one filling/root canal. I bought some cold stuff to try to eat after the ordeal to come. But don't know how I will feel about eating at all. On the flip side, I bought a cool treadmill from a neighbor friend of mine. I am EXCITED. I broke it in tonight, may do some jogging on it before my appointment tomorrow. Once I feel up to it, I just know this will help me a great deal with exercising how I want consistently, since I cannot always leave my home to do it due to weather or other circumstances. :) And it will be great in the winter months when I want to hole up inside too!

I've had my treadmill for over 10 years, it's not fancy like some of the new ones, but I don't know how I would stay fit without it. It's either too hot, too cold, too early or too late to run outside. It's just too easy to find excuses. Hard to do with a treadmill. Good luck and stick with it. It's all about being healthy and making your body work efficiently.

@Bhudd Thanks :) Yeah my friend and I were talking and I was venting how long I have wanted one badly. She had a brand new on her mother bought her about three years ago, and she wasn't using it. Its a fold up kind, and has one button to turn on and a screen that will rotate between info. Very simple. I love simple. I hope after the dental I will heal and feel better fast so I can get a routine down.

I bought mine at Costco and it was a clothes hanger for years. After a health scare a few years ago I started paying attention to my doctor and bloodwork. I watched as my health improved with each pound I lost. I backslid some last year, just a stressful time, but finally woke back up a couple of months ago and am back at it daily. 1 hour treadmill and various P90X routines while laying off the carbs as much as possible. Down 15 lbs in 3 weeks and another 15 to go right now. Also the Fat Secret app on my phone has kept me honest about food and exercise. Today is the first day I have visited this website and see some real inspiration from some of the comments. It's hard not having a workout partner at times, but you just have to set your mind to helping yourself.

The tracking is really what helps this time around. I use to write it down on a calendar, but it wasn't quite as accurate. The best of luck too you, hope to see your progress..

@Bhudd go to the top bar, click on the pound button and how ever many to go, when it flashes a different page scroll down, pay attention to the right side. There will be a list, and on that list will be an option to change diet, ect.. and to change weight - the one you are looking for.
