Tired and nauseous, not eating much. But as long as I am not gaining I will take it. Thanks for the pats on the back.
I suspect that going back to high carb/low fat for a month made me sick again, though the doctor says no. But as we have said before they really don't know squat about nutrition. For 6 months I did LCHF and I didn't get sick. As soon as my eating changed back I got sick. Coincidence?

this happened to me.. i get sick when I dont stick to my plan.. takes me 2 days to recover. Hope you feel better... Hang in there.
