Wow it has been about a year since I have been on here. Uummm... Well for the last year I have changed my career to a over the road truck driver and if you look at my weigh-ins from last year you see how far I came but guess what... I gained almost ALL of that weight back. My routine that kept me thin went out the door as I hit the road. Well, I am so disappointed in myself but time to get from this low and lose the weight again! I'm starting all over. Help me to start please ...

Yeah it sucks I've been exactly there. I got to my goal weight and then got hurt and Taco Bell was close by and looking mighty nice. Next thing ya know I'm back here and starting over again.

there is no better time to start than right now!. I know the feeling. Just a few days ago I began again after regaining all I had lost. At first I was unhappy because I gave away all of the clothes that could fit me now. Got my head right and am aiming to feel more comfortable in the clothes I have and looking forward to buying some in smaller sizes soon. Come along on the journey. I'm sure your remember how good it feels to have success in gaining health. Now to make a plan for your on the road success. j

We all have to practice at this. I feel bad for you and myself too. I've gained some of my thirty pounds I lost years ago back. I want to live the rest of my life healthy. So it's my first day here and I've been walking every day in Aug so far.

OTR driver is tough, been there. driving all day and snacking no time to eat a decent meal, and when you do its truck stop food or fast food. you eat when bored sitting to get loaded or unloaded. You really need to keep healthy foods in the truck. I ate a lot of carrots, apples, pretzels, celery, oranges. any fruits really and salads. I'm sure I'm not telling you anything you already don't know. And as hard as it it is. When your down for 3 or 4 hours getting loaded, go take a 30 minute walk around the area, sounds crazy but it worked for me.
