I'm off the road for good! Saying goodbye to my truck and hello to the gym. I have gained all my weight back but I'm ready to get it back off and more. In so excited!!!

Wow it has been about a year since I have been on here. Uummm... Well for the last year I have changed my career to a over the road truck driver and if you look at my weigh-ins from last year you see how far I came but guess what... I gained almost ALL of that weight back. My routine that kept me thin went out the door as I hit the road. Well, I am so disappointed in myself but time to get from this low and lose the weight again! I'm starting all over. Help me to start please ...

Been missing for a while. My grandmother passed recently and I was waaaaaaaaay off my diet eating whatever I could find because I was out of town and stayed on the run with the family getting funeral arrangements together. Most nights I stayed in hotels. So for a full week I ate fast food. A day after I got back home I came down with the flu! I'm just getting over it UGH rough few weeks. The good news Is I didn't gain! I miss you guys! I'm back. 20 more pounds to go!

Been a minute. Been sick I'm back!!! Gave blood lol always been afraid to go to the doctor but I'm in great health. Blood pressure is 102/70 and as I lose the rest of the weight I'll be even better
