Disappointed I didn't make my goal this week. I only lost .6 of a pound this week. Oh well. I looked back at my weight history and realized this weight is my stall weight. The last few times I gave up and gained it all back, NOT THIS TIME! I will continue to walk/jog/run and with my WOE. I can drop the fat that I have and be healthier. I'm hoping I'm not stuck around this weight too long but even if I am I will not stop.
Time for me to pick up another kayak. Someone is giving me a tandem one and it's perfect for my mom and son to use. I know I'll need seats for it but I already ordered them and should have them next week. My cost is cheaper than the stores so no instant gratification of buying and having them today but I can order 3 and a half for the cost of 2 in a store.

A loss is a loss, I think! Much better than a gain, also better then staying the same! All I can say is well done, and stick at it. Sounds like that's your plan anyway. Atta girl! 😀
