My weight is now fairly steady on 180 lbs. I'm still counting the calories, though but I'm a bit more relaxed with how much I consume on any given day. If I blow the calory budget one day I know I will be on or a bit under it the following day. Sadly I still feel under the weather and have been undergoing various tests to find out what's ailing me. MRI Scan scheduled for next Sunday PM. I trust all my buddies are well and managing their diets. My best wishes to you all. Regards Jim
