Yesterday was an average day, walked lifting 5 lb weights for 20 minutes. Stayed within calorie, fat and sodium level. I also cut the grass for about an hour.

Measurements
body fat- 23.9
muscle mass- 41.9
body water- 57.4
bone mass- 4.8
135.8 lb Lost so far: 16.7 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
