Yesterday was not my typical day, I was driving for 4 hours and I had meetings all day so I was not able to eat as much as I usually do! As a result I did loose some weight but we will see if I am able to hold on to the weight loss with my regular exercise and eating routine!

Yesterdays work out- none

measurements
body fat- 23%
muscle mass- 41.8%
body water- 58.3%
bone mass- 4.8 lbs.
135.0 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
