So I've really been wanting Chinese food lately so today I broke down and picked up the lunch specials at our local place. The portions are huge and there is enough for both lunch and dinner. I had the beef with broccoli. It had more carbs than I thought since I had to take a nap after eating it. I ate the beef and the broccoli but left the carrots alone. I tried to shake off the extra sauce and my container had no rice. It was good and it was worth it. I ate the whole thing. :) I am over carbs for the day but it shouldn't be too bad. I've been doing 20 a day for a while and I don't have to stay on induction carbs. I picked up some stuff to make my own so I can have it again, low carb style.

Yes, but beef with broccoli is actually not a bad choice, especially if you didn't eat the rice. I love broccoli in garlic sauce.
