172.2 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1916 kcal Fat: 115.24g | Prot: 75.31g | Carb: 147.25g.   Breakfast: Pike Place Roast (Grande), No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Cream (Half & Half), Cinnamon, Vanilla Extract, Spreadable Regular Soft Margarine. Lunch: 98% Fat Free Turkey Lunch Meat, Maple Grove Farms Dressing Poppyseed Fat Free, Cucumber (Peeled), garden fresh garden classic salad, Stuffed Manzanilla Olives. Dinner: BBQ Cheddar Bacon Burger, Fried Calamari. Snacks/Other: Pineapple Slices in 100% Juice, Part Skim Mozzarella String Cheese. more...

Thanks! But I swear, this has to be THEEEE hardest 10 lbs to lose ever! I can't seem to just stay on top of the 4lbs I keep losing and then gaining. I hope that tomorrow is a better story.
