OK-So I've tried to do my research on my carb intake. I read a few articles and seen a few comments from these articles and I've come to the conclusion that I am on the right track. Most of the carbs I have daily are carbs that I get from fruit and vegetables. If I do have bread or rice, it's in the morning or I split my portions in half with my coworker (we share our lunches and snacks everyday at work). There is no HFCS in any of my food at home and all breads and pastas are whole wheat. And on top of that, I have been working out (running 2 1/2-3 miles a day) so I should be burning off these carbs. AHHH. I'm getting so frustrated with this!! It's been 3 weeks and I've only lost a lousy 2 lbs!!
