Lots of unavoidable stresses just now. Finding it extra hard to fast 16:8. Still managing to wait till noon, though haven't been tracking on FS. Evenings are the worst, as ever. And not to blame my husband and little boy, but their snacking really doesn't help.me. Naturally, up a couple of pounds again, despite still walking 3-4 miles every day. Need to get back on.
283.0 lb Lost so far: 25.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
