Well second day in a row I got up early and exercised. My legs are sore today. But I am still having a hard time eating my calories. I ordered a turkey wrap no tomato no mayo and I got a warm cheese melted turkey wrap, totally nasty that is the reason not a good lunch. I been trying to figure out how many calories to eat and read between 1200 and 1600. I suck at math to really figure it out. Now I have to go raid the fridge and see where I can get 600 more calores without over doing my fat count.
