I didn't want to get up this morning but I did and completed a workout. Yeehah! I do try. Went out for dinner and ordered bowl of chili, half chicken spinach panini and sweet potato fries. Friend ordered appetizers. Had some of that and my chili packed the rest. I have been know to have big eyes but a small stomach (inside not on the outside) LOL!!!
