I told myself "If I wake up again at 5am I will get up and exercise." I woke up at 4:45a and said no way it is too early. Again up at 5:40a and said "Ok you win!" LOL!! I did it - half hour is all I could do but if you know me that is way better than my normal stay in bed 24/7 on the weekend.
