I am not big on journaling but I have got to keep my blood sugar under control. So although I need to loose 30 pounds I am doing FS to keep track of my carbs. I spent three days in the hospital battling a diabetic ketoacidosis so I am very serious about this. I do not want to go through anything like that again.
