I found a better app for my iPhone it's called diabetes pal by telcare. I really Hope this helps me.

binged just really bad last night. Too much cream cheese and triscuits. It's a blessing that my blood sugar was not over-the-top. But today's a new day and I'm going to stick with my doctors program.

I am not big on journaling but I have got to keep my blood sugar under control. So although I need to loose 30 pounds I am doing FS to keep track of my carbs. I spent three days in the hospital battling a diabetic ketoacidosis so I am very serious about this. I do not want to go through anything like that again.
