I still have a terrible headache(migraine) and my back has been throbbing for over a week. Broke down and took my arthritis meds but the back issues feel more like tight muscles. The meds took some of the edge off but as I sit here I feel them tightening up more. UGH
I wasn't down any weight this morning but the scale wavered a bit so am sure if I am really good today and get all of my vegetables in I will be down soon. At least I didn't put anything on.
I need to try and walk today, it will not feel good at first with this mirgraine. Its such a beautiful day out today and such a shame to waste it sitting around.
