I haven't been able to weigh myself lately, I'm poor and don't own a scale! I had a major milestone today, I walked 30 minutes strictly for exercise. I found an ipod a few months ago and have been trying to find the owner with no luck. Today felt like a good day to just accept the fact that I may end up owning it. The music on it isn't really my taste, but I clipped it on my pants and listened to some of the music on it while I walked. It was perfect! I didn't know any of the songs except for one, but it was perfect walking music. The second song on the playlist was "The overweight lovers in the house" and I couldn't help but laugh as I strutted my stuff around the neighborhood. This was a super positive experience so the next time, (yes, there will be a next time!), will be looked forward to!

I just cant believe I went for a walk! I rock!
