I took a look at my weight history and just realized that I am the lightest I've been in at least a year! I took a majorly long break and was sure that I had gained, only to be pleasently surprised! It must me from my job, I'm walking constantly, 8 hours a day! I love my job even more now! Ok, enough exclaimation points... I need to buckle down and get serious again. I have lost 21 pounds so far and just keep thinking about how much more I could have lost if only I had applied myself. Gotta keep at it! 1 more pound till my next mini goal.
