This week has been awesome yet very frustrating!! I know that you have to sleep more in order for your body to rest and heal when you are working it out...however I have NOT been getting the kind of sleep a young woman needs! So...goals for the weekend and next week are to get at least 7 hours of rest/night!!
198.0 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
