goooooood mornin...just got home from weight/cardio workout...was 88 already this morning with heat index...an suppose to be over 100 today...just another day inside as much as i can be...get what ever i need to done before 10 am...an stay in an cool rest of the day...yard needs to be cut...but im hopin it burns up from the heat...lol...weight is down once again this morning...just to hot to eat or even snack thru the day...well...im tired after my workout..i imagine i will lay back down for 30 min or so..just to get refreshed an ready to head back out an into the heat once again...
292.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
