Woke at 230.4 today. Will start to climb back down the mountain on Saturday. Had two nice services for my brother Tim on Thursday.

I hope that your life can return to some sense of normalcy. Working out can help with the grieving process and help get some of that anger and frustration out.

No one can tell you how to grieve. No one can make the grieving process easier. Eventually, you wake up and realize it doesn't hurt as much.
