Today is another slow day. I am not sure if it is due to lack of sleep or what. I slept terribly...my lower body is sore thanks to my workout yesterday and yeah...just feeling a bit...off. I am still determined to get my To-Do list done so I guess that will be my focus for the day. I don't have a T25 workout today...so I am going to do some yoga. I have also been looking into this wonderful site devoted to HIIT...it looks interesting and completely intimidating. I am thinking of doing some more research on this while focusing on getting my workouts more consistent...which involves the T25 in the mornings and Kettlebell/yoga in the evenings. I don't want to overwhelm myself nor do I want to workout to exhaustion. Anyhow, off to whittle away my list. Have a great day everyone!!
