Today has been rather...slow for me. I am not sure why but that is the general feeling I have had all day. I did get up and clean except the kitchen which is part of my daughter's chores since she got a referral two days ago. I have felt very lethargic and just general meh. I still need to get my workout in. I am just picking up where I left off and pushing through. I'm allowed to have off days. Anyhow, I think a part of it is that I am trying not to have any candy or anything. No, I am not completely cutting sugar out of my diet because I love to bake but I am just not going have anything extra. I am not even sure if that makes any sense lol.
Anyhow, I guess I need to get up off my butt, eat something, workout and then try to knock some more things off my to-do list!
